WRC Flying Field

We work closely with the Belknap County Fairgrounds to allow us to fly in their South field. Our 450ft long grass runway is smooth and well maintained. If grass operations aren't your thing then we also have a 300ft painted geotech runway making it possible to land whatever you are flying.  We have flight tables for setting up and starting aircraft and picnic tables for spectating.

Field Rules

• Spectators are always welcome but must remain behind the safety fence
• Pilots must be a member or be accompanied by a member
• Pilots must be a member of the AMA
• Pilots must comply with the AMA Safety Program
• New members are required to do a checkout flight with a current member before flying solo
• No flying behind the flight line, over people or cars
• No flying is allowed when there are activities in the field directly to the North of the flying field
