Meeting Minutes
May 5, 2024

1. Treasurer Tom Goss reported that there is a total of $3,952.94
available funds.
2. Secretary Roy Pierce reported that there are a total of 32 paid
members so far for 2024.
3. He also reported that there are five unpaid members that have
also not paid their AMA membership for 2024. He will send out
an email to them asking if they want to continue receiving club
emails.
4. Plans for the May 18th Fun Fly/Learn to Fly/Open House get
together is underway. Safety Officer Bruce Buckingham has had
banners made up to direct guests to the field from Rte 106.
5. Tony Rossie will place an advertisement in the local Laconia
paper the Wednesday prior to the date.
6. Member Fred Padovan and owner of ABC RC & Hobbies in
Windham will supply two Ready to Fly, RC Planes at a deep
discount to the club for a raffle aimed at potential new members.
7. The next meeting on June 2 nd will be a members Barbeque get
together at the field. Details to follow in another email.
