Meeting Minutes

1. After opening of the meeting the Treasurer reported that the check book
had a balance of: $3,605.42
2. The Secretary had sent word that the two items that needed to be voted on
were; One, the acceptance of the increase in field rent of $100.00 for this
year and the $100.00 rent increase for next year due to the addition of the
new auto racetrack. Second, the Racetrack rules needed to be discussed
and voted on.
3. The $100.00 rent increase was voted on and passed.
4. The printed preliminary rules were passed out and discussed. It was
decided that the hours for the racetrack needed to be changed to 12 noon
from 11 AM.
5. It was also decided that there must be a limit on the size of the race cars. It
will be limited to, or less than 1/10 th scale.
6. The new rules were with the modifications were voted on and passed.
7. Discussion on the purchase of two new additional picnic tables was held
and it was decided that it would be best to wait and see if they could be
purchased on an end of year sale.
8. The meeting was adjourned.
